Heavy Handed

Filling up enemy Stun Bars is increased by 10% when attacking blocking enemies with Melee weapons. Overpower Attacking blocking enemies or parrying their attacks fills their Stun Bar until they become overpowered. Overpowered enemies are open for Merciless Attacks.
