Ice Totem I

Summons a totem that launches icy projectiles at enemies, applying a slow debuff to them. Maximum amount of summoned totems is 1 by default which can be increased via skills. Spell Charges: Depletes one charge per use. Equip the spell and use Mana to cast it with a Staff.
